Ellie Robbins
Ellie is a personal injury paralegal at Mooneerams Solicitors. She joined the firm in September 2024.
Ellie was born, and has always lived, in Efail Isaf, near Pontypridd. She attended Bryncelynnog Comprehensive School in Beddau.
After gaining excellent results in her GCSE’s and A Levels, in 2021 Ellie went to Cardiff University to read Law. She completed her studies in 2024, graduating with an upper second-class honours degree in Law (LLB Hons).
During her time at university, Ellie managed to acquire work placements with four well respected firms of South Wales solicitors, including Mooneerams. Not content with doing that, she also undertook two mini pupillages at a Cardiff based set of Barrister’s Chambers.
Mooneerams were quick to spot Ellie’s excellent potential during her work experience with the firm and wasted no time in offering her a paralegal role when it came to an end.
Ellie has slotted into her role seamlessly and has quickly become a valued and popular member of the Mooneerams team, as she assists members of the Public Liability and Employers Liability teams.
Amongst other duties, she liaises with clients, courts, medico legal and other experts as well carrying out legal research, reviewing records and drafting court documents.
Ellie will continue with her studies whilst at Mooneerams, as she looks to follow in the footsteps of many of her colleagues in taking the opportunities provided by Mooneerams to learn on the job. Ellie’s ultimate goal is to become a qualified solicitor.
Outside work, Ellie enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys going on nice holidays and going for walks on the beach.
