Bethany Davies
Beth was born and raised in Ferndale, Rhondda Cynon Taff, and she still lives in the area.
She completed her LLB Law degree in 2022 at Cardiff University and graduated in July of the same year with an upper second degree.
Beth joined Mooneerams in 2022. In June 2024 she completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in June 2024 and passed with a distinction overall. In September, Beth became a trainee solicitor after accepting Mooneerams’ offer of a Solicitors Training Contract.
Beth’s role at Mooneerams Solicitors initially involved assisting the Employers Liability and Public Liability teams with their workloads by carrying out such tasks as drafting letters of claim, drafting court documents, locating medical experts, carrying out research and liaising with clients and third parties.
She now works with Director Angus Fergusson on predominantly serious injury cases. Beth works closely with the clients, obtaining witness statements and liaising with them on a day-to-day basis. She prepares court documents, drafts instructions to Counsel, liaises with third parties, and prepares Letters of Claim.
When she’s not at work, Beth enjoys running, going to the gym, spending time with her family and friends, and going for walks with her Boxer dog, Hugo.
In early October 2024, Beth will run the Cardiff Half Marathon with six of her Mooneerams colleagues in aid of Mooneerams Charity of the Year, Bronwen’s W;sh.
